Diane’s background as a clinician brings a unique set of skills to her qualitative research practice. Having worked in many facets of research throughout her career, she has become, essentially, a student of human behavior. And this skill serves her well in being able to probe interviewees around feelings, sensitive topics, and motivations that drive behavior and decisions.

As a Principal of Engage, Diane is a trained moderator who created a niche with colleagues by developing a highly successful methodology not only of recruiting, but getting high show rates and completed interviews. Her national and international projects have specialized in branding and positioning, public affairs, advocacy, philanthropic organizations, public education campaigns, corporate and non-profit sectors. She has also worked on studies involving the following areas/industries: healthcare systems, adoption services, mental health services, non-profit organizations, religious communities, environmental groups, Federal agencies, food service suppliers, software products, Internet, manufacturers, construction, telecommunications, financial services, consultancies, media organizations, and utility companies. Her persistence and determination hold her in high regard by the growing list of satisfied.
